Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how North Sea Games, the service name used by the developer of Lovie: Diamond Painting, collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit northsea.games, use Lovie: Diamond Painting, contact support, make a purchase, view advertising or upload content (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed for the purposes described below. The information collected depends on how you use the Services.

  • Information you provide: your email address, support messages, feedback, and any images or other content you choose to send with a support request. Attachments may contain metadata included by your device.
  • Device and technical information: IP address, device and advertising identifiers, device model, operating system, language, browser or app version, network information and approximate country or city inferred from IP address. We do not collect precise location unless a separate notice and permission request is presented.
  • Usage and diagnostics: session information, gameplay progress, features used, interactions, crash reports, performance logs and fraud-prevention signals.
  • Purchases and advertising: purchase status and history, subscription status if applicable, advertisement impressions, clicks, attribution data and consent choices. App stores and payment providers process your full payment details directly.
  • Information from partners: limited technical, analytics, advertising and purchase information received from app stores, payment providers, advertising partners and analytics providers.

2. How we use information and our legal bases

  • To provide the Services: operate gameplay, deliver purchases, save progress where supported, and process support requests and attachments.
  • For legitimate operational interests: secure the Services, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, understand aggregate usage, improve features and measure non-personalized advertising.
  • With consent where required: use advertising identifiers, cookies or SDK data for personalized advertising, cross-app tracking or similar purposes.
  • For legal obligations: maintain required transaction records, respond to lawful requests and enforce our agreements.

Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time through the available app or device controls or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.

3. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, maintain, support, analyze, secure and market the Services. We may also share limited information with app stores, payment providers, advertising networks and analytics providers as necessary for their services and your choices.

Depending on configuration and your consent choices, information shared with these partners may include IP address, device and app identifiers, advertising identifiers, device and operating-system details, approximate location, consent status, app events, gameplay or session events, purchase and subscription status, advertisement impressions, clicks and attribution data.

We require providers processing information on our behalf to protect it and use it only for agreed purposes. Some advertising providers may act as independent controllers for their own advertising services and are responsible for the practices described in their privacy policies.

The Android app includes integrations for the partners listed below. A partner processes information when its integration is enabled and used; the information processed depends on the app configuration, the feature you use and your applicable consent choices.

Advertising and mediation partners:

  • AppLovin — advertising delivery, mediation, measurement, attribution and fraud prevention. AppLovin Privacy Policy.

Analytics, attribution and subscription partners:

Partner services, names and privacy practices may change. We will update this list when the SDKs used by Lovie: Diamond Painting materially change. You can request information about the current configuration at novastarked@gmail.com.

We may disclose information to public authorities when required by law, to protect users or the Services, or to investigate fraud or security issues. If North Sea Games is involved in a merger, acquisition or similar business transfer, information may be transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

4. Advertising, tracking and your choices

The Services may show contextual or personalized advertising. Advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app activity and similar technical information to measure campaigns, prevent fraud and personalize ads where allowed.

Where Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework applies, tracking across apps or websites and access to the advertising identifier require your permission. Where other laws require consent for personalized advertising, the relevant processing should begin only after the required consent is obtained.

You can limit personalized advertising through controls presented in the Services, when available, and through your iOS or Android privacy and advertising settings. You may also email novastarked@gmail.com with the subject “Opt Out of Personalized Advertising”. Opting out may not remove advertising, but it should prevent advertising from being personalized using identifiers covered by your choice.

5. Analytics, cookies and SDKs

We use Firebase and Tenjin, as configured in Lovie: Diamond Painting, to understand usage, diagnose errors, measure campaigns and improve the experience. Adapty may process app, device, purchase and subscription information to operate and analyze purchases, subscriptions and paywalls. Advertising SDKs listed above may measure advertisement delivery, engagement and attribution.

We and our partners may use cookies, software development kits and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember choices and perform the purposes described in this Policy. The privacy policy and store disclosures should be updated whenever an SDK or its data practices materially change.

You can control browser cookies through your browser settings. Device-level privacy controls may also limit advertising identifiers and tracking. Disabling some technologies may affect functionality.

6. Images and content sent to support

The current Android version of Lovie: Diamond Painting does not offer importing or uploading your own photos to turn them into coloring pictures. If you choose to send an image or other content with a support request, we process it to respond to that request, resolve the issue and keep the Services safe. You retain ownership of that content; support attachments are not made public.

We do not use support images for personalized advertising. We do not use them to train generative artificial-intelligence models unless we provide a separate notice and obtain any consent required by law. Please do not upload personal information about another person unless you have permission and a lawful reason to do so.

To request deletion of content sent to support, email novastarked@gmail.com and provide enough information to locate the content.

7. International transfers

North Sea Games and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. When required by applicable law, we use safeguards such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections or approved standard contractual clauses. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

8. Data retention

  • Support messages: retained until the request is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, security and recordkeeping.
  • Purchase records: retained for the period required to provide purchases, resolve disputes and comply with tax, accounting and app-store obligations.
  • Support attachments: retained while the request is being handled and for a reasonable follow-up period, or until an applicable deletion request is fulfilled, subject to limited legal or security retention obligations.
  • Analytics and advertising data: retained according to configured provider settings, applicable consent and the period reasonably necessary for analytics, attribution, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
  • Security logs: retained for a limited period proportionate to investigating incidents and protecting the Services.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it unless continued retention is required by law.

Request deletion of your Lovie data

Lovie: Diamond Painting does not offer account registration or sign-in. You can still request deletion of personal data related to your use of the app. You do not need an app account or to reinstall the app to contact us.

  1. Email novastarked@gmail.com with the subject “Lovie data deletion”.
  2. Describe which data you want deleted and provide information that helps us locate the relevant records, such as the email used for a support request or a purchase order ID if your request concerns a purchase. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.
  3. We may request information reasonably necessary to locate the data and verify your request. We will explain the action taken, any information that must be kept, and the applicable retention period.

Data that can be deleted: identifiable support correspondence, app or purchase profiles, analytics records and associated device or app identifiers that we or our service providers hold, subject to applicable legal obligations and our ability to identify the relevant records. We delete the data or anonymize it so that it no longer identifies you, and instruct service providers to act on applicable requests.

Data that may be kept: limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security or dispute records when needed to comply with law or resolve an outstanding matter. Such records are kept only for the applicable legal or justified retention period, which we explain in our response. Provider-controlled advertising records follow the provider's retention and deletion procedures; see the partner links in section 3.

We handle requests within the time required by applicable law and will explain any permitted extension. Deletion of data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If you have a subscription, manage cancellation separately in Google Play.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a portable copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To make a request, contact novastarked@gmail.com. Please describe the right you want to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant data. We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify your identity. If local law provides a right to appeal our decision, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing the same address with the subject “Privacy Appeal”.

10. US state privacy rights

Residents of certain US states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising. Sharing identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as “sharing” under some laws even when no money is exchanged.

You may submit an opt-out request using available app or device controls or by emailing novastarked@gmail.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

11. Children

Lovie: Diamond Painting is intended for teenagers and adults aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Where you are below the age at which you can consent to particular data processing under local law, authorization from a parent or guardian is required for that processing when applicable. Personalized advertising and other consent-based processing are subject to these requirements.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, partners or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
